Project Objective
The objective of the Energy Shift Project is to transition our factory from high-dependency fossil fuel usage to cleaner, renewable, and more efficient energy systems. This initiative supports our commitment to environmental responsibility, long-term cost reduction, and compliance with evolving global energy regulations. We identified the urgent need to reduce our carbon footprint and energy costs. This project was launched to systematically integrate renewable energy sources (especially solar), upgrade energy infrastructure, and optimize energy consumption practices across all departments.

Baseline Energy Audit
We began with a comprehensive energy audit of the entire facility. This covered: Electricity Usage (by machines, HVAC, lighting, etc.) Fuel Consumption (boilers, transport vehicles) Peak Load Patterns Energy Waste Points The audit revealed that outdated lighting, inefficient HVAC systems, and idle-time machine energy draw were responsible for 27% of our avoidable energy costs. These insights became the foundation for our energy shift strategy.
